Traveling to FL every winter from OH still gets me excited for a change of scenery.

Getting out before we got blasted with subzero temps and 2ft of snow didn't hurt either ;)

But just because I left doesn't mean the Ohio problems stayed behind.

In fact they decided to follow me straight to sunny Parkland.

I was in the middle of negotiating some of the biggest deals I've ever worked on when my phone started blowing up…

Powers out Mark, blizzard hit hard... roads iced over and snow plow never showed...

Last time this happened the septic backed up, which is a problem you never want to deal with… even from 1,200 miles away.

No one can even get to the property to check on anything and to make it worse the cameras were out temporarily too.

Of course I got contacts on standby. But how often do I really need to use them?

And funny when I needed them most, no one's picking up or returning messages because everyone's still out for the 'holidays'.

Meanwhile I've got thousands of inventory en route for delivery. I had Kim start calling companies on the fly. Whoever answered first got the job. Period.

There's more at stake in moments like this than people realize.

Smart business owners understand setbacks don't just cost money. They cost momentum. Reputation. Customers lost you don't get back.

I like supporting mom-and-pop businesses. But if they're not picking up or getting back to me immediately, I'm moving right down the list til I find the one who does.

In 2026 your business availability and immediate follow-up aren't "nice to have." They're now the bloodline of your company.

I'm too impatient to wait minutes or hours when something needs to be handled. If the next company answers and says they're on thier way, they got the job before I even have time to glance at reviews.

Business owners are carrying more debt than ever and the margin for error keeps shrinking. You got to be tighter. Faster. Cleaner.

And you don't need to hire a small army to make that happen. Honestly humans can't keep up with this kind of demand anyway.

But technology can.

The right systems set up correctly make your team dramatically more efficient without adding payroll or chaos. I use experts in this space across my companies to handle things that used to take thousands of dollars and weeks or months to implement.

If your business is still operating like it's 2005 but you're not sure which lever to pull next, I can help you fix that faster than you can imagine.

You can see results this week... if you pull the trigger.
