20 years ago… I would've snagged this deal in a heart beat.

It's easy money.

And here's the wild part .... it still is for me.

But this deal doesn't fit where I'm headed right now.

And once you've been in the game for a bit, you learn something most guys never figure out...

Not every “good deal” is a good deal for you ;)

Read that again.

Sometimes the money isn't an opportunity ... it's a distraction.

LESSON: It’s okay to say NO to good deals that don't match the direction you're going.

The longer you play this game, the more you realize… decisions get made fast and outcomes are clear when you're not making them alone.
