I was talking with a business owner who's been "testing" Facebook ads for 6 months.

Know how many he's run? 3.

Three ads in six months.

He's sitting there analyzing CTR, tweaking headlines and obsessing over the perfect hook.

Meanwhile his competitor ran 24 ads in the same time frame. Half of them sucked. But 8 of them crushed it. And now he's scaling those 8 while my guy is still "optimizing" ad number 3.

As business owners, our goal isn't to avoid making mistakes.

Our goal is to make mistakes faster than everyone else, so we figure out what works before they do. (Read that again ;)

So you most likely don't need a better strategy.

But you most likely DO need to do more. More sales calls. More outreach. More offers. More follow-ups. More content. More conversations.

The business owners who win aren't smarter. They're just willing to do the boring stuff 100 times or more, while everyone else does it twice and gives up.

If you've been stuck at the same revenue for a year, ask yourself: how many 'reps' did I actually put in?

Then double it. Triple it. Or more, until you win.

I can't promise how many you need. But I can promise, those who win are the ones who didn't give up no matter how impossible it seemed.
