Q1 is gone.

Ninety days. Twelve weeks. Whatever way you want to count it, it's done.

Back in January you had a number in your head. 

Maybe you wrote it down like I told you to ;)

Or maybe you told your team so everyone would get on board to make your dream happen for the new year.

How's that looking right now?

Not judging. Just asking the question most people are avoiding this week.

The circles I run in aren't nervous about this question. They see their numbers and if there's a gap, we figure out what Q2 needs to do to close it.

Everyone else is already mentally pushing it to Q3.

Don't do that. You're better than that.
