Clarity doesn't come from planning and overthinking. 

It comes from doing.

Here are 5 things you can do this week that'll move the needle more than another 'strategy session':

1. Increase your daily deal outreach
You don't need the perfect deal. You need reps. Call 5 people. Text 10. Send 3 emails. Doesn't matter if they say no. Confidence is built through execution, not knowledge.

2. Leverage your current network
You already know someone who knows someone. Stop waiting for the perfect intro. Reach out to 3 people in your phone right now and ask what they're working on. Relationships drive deal flow. Use them.

3. Track your numbers
Write down every conversation. Every deal you looked at. Every objection you heard. You can't improve what you don't measure. Most people are guessing but winners are tracking.

4. Make one decision you've been avoiding
Fear is usually a sign you're close to a breakthrough. That thing you've been "thinking about" for 3 months? Decide today yes or no. Sitting still creates nothing.

5. Put yourself in a room where bigger deals are normal
Your network determines the size and quality of your opportunities. If everyone around you is doing $20K deals, that's your ceiling. Get in the room where $1M+ deals are routine, not rare.

Speed matters more than perfection.

If you hesitate, someone else takes the deal.

Stop waiting to feel ready. Readiness comes after action ;)
