Most business owners I know are drowning. 14 hour days, missing milestones. Can't even make it to dinner with family or their kid's events.

And even bragging about the suffering like it's a badge of honor.

Meanwhile their calendar is packed with $15/hour tasks they should've handed off two years ago.

Stuff like answering emails. Running to the supply house. Fixing stuff that ain't their job. Why even have staff if you have to do this all yourself?
