Somewhere out there is a family with an empty seat at the table today. And the only reason I get to sit at mine is because of them.

I think about the ones who never made it home. Who never got to build a business, raise a family or just sit by a fire with people they trust.

We get to do all of that because of their sacrifice. That's worth so much more than a long weekend.

They went all in knowing the true cost. The question is: are you doing that in your own life?

June 11-12, I'm bringing 15-25 business owners to my farm in Geneva, Ohio. I'm personally looking for the kind of people who appreciate a private setting to talk about things NOT said online, on podcast or in any books. Things you only know when you've been through the hardest times.
