A few years back I bought a solar company.

All at once disaster hit.

The supplier went bankrupt while at the same time the market shifted and financing dried up. It was the perfect storm and I took the full hit.

$800K gone. One of the most expensive lessons I ever paid for, but what I learned from that I still use to this day.

What is the most expensive lesson your business has ever taught you?

Hit reply and tell me.

Why? Because every failure is a data point. I want to know yours, because most people quit right before that data becomes useful.
