Gonna share a quick true story about someone you know, but didn't even know you knew.

(Try saying that five times fast lol)

His name was King Camp Gillette.

Yeah that was his actual name. His parents named him King before he did a single thing in his life. No pressure, buddy ;)

Well it turns out they were right.

In 1901, King Gillette invented the disposable razor. But what he did next was something his advisors told him he was out of his freaking mind. His business partners pointed and laughed at him.

His big idea was to give the razor handle away for almost nothing. Free. Basically free. Here, take it.

Everyone thought he was nuts.

But he knew exactly what he was doing. Because the money was never in the razor.

It was in the blade you'd buy every single week. For the rest of your life. Without thinking about it or shopping around. Because you already had the free handle sitting on your bathroom sink.

He didn't sell you a product. He sold you a habit. And that habit made him one of the richest men in America.

Funny thing is he didn't even invent the model. The world just gave him credit for it anyway. That's what happens when your idea is so good it becomes the blueprint.

Now here's the question I want you to sit with this weekend.

What are you charging for that you should be giving away? Or what are you giving away that you should be charging for every single month forever?

Most business owners are fighting for the 'front door' sale. The one-time transaction.

The smartest ones figured out how to own the back door. The recurring revenue. The 'blade'. The thing the customer buys without even thinking about it because you already gave them the handle.

If you don't know how to do this with your business, that's the first gap we gotta fix.

Take 3 minutes. Answer a few questions about your business.

Let's find out where your money is actually hiding.
