I want to invest $100K into 10 different businesses all across the country.

Well, before you send me your wire info. this isn't just for anyone with an "idea"

I have a few non-negotiables:

#1. You need to already own a business (no start-ups here). It doesn't matter what business you're in either just as long as it's legal and legit.

#2. You need capital (mine) to grow.

#3. You have a real plan to utilize that money for growth.
