I was texting a guy yesterday.
He's got a small team. Four people. And his top two people just walked out on him.
Half his staff, gone in a day.
Most business owners would panic. They'd think the sky is falling and start begging people to stay.
But let me give you some more context to the story...
"This guy also just grew his business by 300%.
When you grow that fast your operations need an immediate change. And what happens next is what I call the "cleaning cycle."
Massive growth breaks weak systems. It exposes the people who can't handle the new standard.
Now he gets to figure out which clients he actually wants to keep, and let go of the bad ones. He gets to upgrade his team with new people who are built for the next level.
It feels like a disaster when you're in it. But it's actually the exact thing that needs to happen to scale.
If you're going through a season right now where everything feels like it's breaking... good. That means you're growing ;)
But you don't have to figure out how to put the pieces back together by yourself.
This is where relationship capital really pays off.
It's having the right people a text message away who can lay out exactly what you need to do next and connect you with the right hires to keep your momentum going.
Let's talk about what the next level looks like for you.
