I just turned 47 in June.

  2. Buy time, not toys: Put money into people and tools that free you up to make more money.

  3. Build multiple income streams: Never let your life depend on a single source.

  4. Play the long game: Stop chasing instant wins. Plant seeds now that pay you for decades.

  5. Get in the right room: The right people will open more doors than any degree or hustle.

Follow this and you'll skip years of mistakes.
