I know a guy in multiple businesses for the last 25+ years who never shuts up about how 'busy' he is and never has time to do anything.

I know for a fact that's partly his excuse to get out of the house (and I can't blame him)... but also, he has no systems in place, and no clue how to hire people to follow systems to make his business run the way it should.

All business owners are busy. But are you doing the things that are gonna bring you money and grow your company?

You might think so. But I'm willing to be you're wasting a LOT of time on things that aren't important to your bottom line.

I did this for years. Convinced myself if I just kept moving 16+ hour days the results would show up.

But being 'busy' and 'productive' are two totally different games.

I got a serious 2-part question for you. Take a minute before you answer:

#1) What's the one thing in your business right now that eats up MOST of your time? #2) And... can you prove it's gonna make you money long-term?
