Trust is the hardest thing to get but the easiest thing to lose. It's the real currency of any business.

When you focus on building relationship capital with people, you build a connection that stands the test of time. You also get loyalty for life, and people who are gonna keep lining up to be part of your world.
Quit trying to underprice yourself or your services thinking it'll rack up sales and build trust. You'll end up with the worst customers who nickel and dime you to death, demand a refund anyway and happily ruin your name with a nasty review after you spent days/weeks breaking your back for them.
